Art on the Farm

This Fall, send your child on over to Lachat after school to combine their love of art with their love of the outdoors.  This mixed media class, taught by Weston artist Agata Tria, will give kids the opportunity to produce beautiful works of art, inspired by spring as it blooms on Lachat’s grounds. Each week will focus on a new technique, including painting, drawing, collage, and more, providing a supportive environment for every child to grow their skills.

Class fee covers all materials.  This class will take place outdoors (utilizing the Art Studio in the new Daniel E. Offutt Education Center as needed), so please dress your child for the weather and for active exploration of the farm’s property.  Don’t forget to pack a snack and water bottle, and set dismissal manager for “Lachat Town Farm - Bus 6” if your child will be taking advantage of bus transportation from WIS!
