Lachat Little Explorers

This popular afterschool program for preschoolers is back to let our littlest farmhands roll up their sleeves and open their minds.  Participants will learn about everything from animals to plants to insects with fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities.  Think: building a bee habitat, planting kale seeds, bird watching, visiting Lachat's resident goats and bunnies, and more.  Perfect to get those little hands out of the house and just the right amount of dirty.

The small class size will enable students to explore with support and success.  Children will spend time outdoors each day during this drop-off program, so please dress your child appropriately for the weather and outdoor exploration.  Children must be potty trained, able to follow basic directions to maintain safety, and comfortable independently participating without a parent or other caregiver onsite.  Please note that bus transportation is not available for this program.
